The Clerk of the National Assembly Mr. Michael Sialai, this morning met officers from the Office of the Auditor General for an entry meeting, in regards to the Annual Audit for the Financial Year 2017/2018, at his office in Parliament.

In common auditing parlance, an entry meeting is the first meeting that the Accounting Officer or the Head of a Public institution holds with officers from the Kenya National Audit Office, before the commencement of the process of audit on the public institution.

Also present were the Acting Director for Finance and Accounting, Dr. George Wakah and the Chief Accountant in the National Assembly, Mr. Peter Meikoki.
