Speaker Muturi Elected to the Helm of CPA, Africa Region.
In a what was a great moment of Pride for Kenya, and in a session marked with ecstasy, the National Assembly Speaker, Hon. Justin Muturi, was this evening unanimously endorsed, following his election as the Chairperson, the Executive Committee of the foremost Continental Parliamentary forum, the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Africa Region.

The Speaker of the National Assembly Hon. Justin Muturi, last evening moved the Report of the Constitution Amendment Committee on the Motion by Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Nigeria Branch, to Amend Article 46 of the CPA Constitution.
AMMAN, JORDAN | 12th August – Parliamentary diplomacy, counterterrorism intelligence and the Big Four Agenda dominated talks as the Speaker of the Senate, Rt Hon Kenneth Lusaka made his first official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Senate Speaker – who is on a two-day official visit in the Kingdom, on invitation by the President of the Jordanian Senate – while meeting HE Dr. Marouf Bakhit, the Ag President of the Jordanian Senate condemned the terrorist attack that occurred late Saturday in Salt City, some 30 km west of the capital Amman.
