Speaker of the National Assembly, Rt. (Dr.) Hon. Moses Wetangβula on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 delivered a message from the President on President of the nomination of 10 persons for appointment as Cabinet Secretaries.
Hon. Wetangβula said, the President, in exercising powers conferred on him by Articles 152(2) of the Constitution, as read together with sections 3 and 5 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, 2011, had forwarded the first list of appointees for consideration by Parliament.
