The Parliament of Kenya is set to host the 3rd National Serjeant-at-Arms Conference, from 26th to 29th March 2026 in Machakos County. 

The event brings together legislative security professionals from across the country to deliberate on strengthening legislative support functions.

The National Assembly  has approved the Division of Revenue Bill, 2026, setting the stage for the allocation of nationally raised revenue between the national and county governments for the 2026/2027 financial year.

The Senate Committee on Education, Chaired by Senator Betty Montet, today held a consultative meeting with Embu Governor H.E. Cecily Mbarire and her County Executive Team to deliberate on the current status of Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) and Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) within Embu County.
