Governor Joseph Ole Lenku appeared before the Senate County Public Investment and Special Funds Committee, chaired by Godfrey Osotsi, to answer for the technical insolvency of these vital entities. The Auditor General’s report for FY 2024/2025 portrays these companies as entities existing only through the unauthorized use of customer funds and a heavy reliance on the county government.
