This Bill seeks to promote national and cultural expression, protect cultural heritage, and ensure communities benefit from the use of their cultures. Submit your written memoranda by Wednesday, 6th August 2025 at 5:00 p.m. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, 7th August 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mini Chamber, County Hall Building, Nairobi.
