THE NEWLY APPOINTED PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE COMMISSION MEMBERS TAKE OATH OF OFFICE

The New Commissioners of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) have today taken an oath of  office, to serve for a term of Five years. 

 

The new Members were sworn into office by Speaker of the National Assembly and Chairman of Commission, Rt. Hon. Sen. Moses Wetang’ula, EGH, MP, today, 10th November, 2022 in the presence of the Secretary to the Commission, Mr. J.M. Nyegenye, the leadership and some Members of the two Houses, and other parliamentary staffers.

 

The new commissioners are: 

 

PRESIDENT CYRIL RAMAPHOSA LAYS WREATH AT MZEE JOMO KENYATTA’S MAUSOLEUM

The President of the Republic of South Africa His Excellency Cyril Ramaphosa, this afternoon visited the Mausoleum of the late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, located within the precincts of Parliament to pay his respect.  President Ramaphosa was received at the Mausoleum by the Speaker of the National Assembly the Rt. Hon. (Sen.) Moses Masika Wetang'ula together with his Senate counterpart the Rt. Hon. (Sen.) Amason Jeffah Kingi.
