National Assembly Speaker Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Moses Wetang'ula held a meeting with the Speaker of the House of Commons in Canada, Hon. Greg Fergus in his office at Parliament Buildings.

Hon. Fergus is in the country with a delegation from Canada comprising MPs among other leaders for an official visit to Kenya.

The National Assembly Committee on Implementation has faulted the Principal Secretary, State Department for Industry Dr. Juma Mukhwana for the delayed payment of terminal dues owed former employees of Pan African Paper Mills.

The Departmental Committee on Tourism and Wildlife, chaired by Hon. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has said it will no longer permit the reopening of audits by the introduction of new documents or evidence that should have been submitted to the auditors earlier during the audit.
